Fur, Feathers, Scales and Shells!

This month's theme is Skin Covers Many Things! After reading our storybook "Love The Skin You're In" and learning about the different skin that animals have, we did a cutting and sorting activity where the children  cut out and categorize photos of animals into different skin categories such as fur, feathers, shells and scales. The Terrific Tigers had a blast imitating these animals and learning about the different types and functions of  animal skin!
