Autumn has come and brought tons of new learning and playing activities for the Tigers. To kick-off Autumn, the Tigers began learning about the four seasons and the things that are unique to each season. For Autumn, we learned that the weather gets cooler, it is a great time to harvest pumpkins and apple picking, and most excitingly, the leaves change colors on the trees and begin to fall!

The Tigers loved our "Apple Picking" math activity. Using play-dough and mats, the Tigers had to create as many apples that corresponded to the number on each mat, 1-10. They had to place the play-dough apples on the apple tree. During this activity, the Tigers also shared wonderful stories of when they went apple picking at the Orchard.
